Instructions for submiting a custom logo

1. We will only accept the following file types using the online submission form:
   • JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIF, PDF
2. Maxium file size is: 4 MB (Megabytes)
3. Click the Browse button to select your file.
4. Then, enter your e-mail address and click the Submit button.
